Barry Matlack has over 25 years of leadership experience in technology consulting, business development, and operations management. Over his career, his focus has been on bringing new technologies relating to quality data creation and management into the transportation management space. His passion for innovative technology has helped him to successfully lead efforts with multiple start-up companies in this industry, with a focus on bringing product strategies together for scalability and customer success. Barry has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Advancing Technology in Tempe, Arizona.

Ben is a Customer Success Manager at Causeway one.network, responsible for implementing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers across the US. Ben has over 15 years of experience in integrating, operationalizing, and supporting technology solutions across a variety of business functions in both the private and public sectors. Previous projects he’s worked on have included rolling out computer aided dispatching software and real-time passenger information for Walt Disney World Bus Transportation, RTA of Central Maryland, and Central Midlands Transit in Columbia, SC. At Causeway one.network, he helped with the FDOT roll out of the Live Link app, our real-time ROW reporting tool, as well as managing pilots of additional platform solutions. Ben also works with the Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority (THEA) in their implementation and adoption of our Traffic Management, Live Link, and Plan Share solutions.

Jason has over 15 years of experience managing multiple states throughout the US with 8 of those years working in the public sector. Jason resides in Fort Worth, Texas and has been married for 15 years with 3 children. When he’s not working, you can find him coaching his 2 sons in football, baseball, and basketball or attending his daughter’s competitive cheer competitions. He is a diehard Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers fan, and occasionally, he finds time to fish or play golf.

Ken brings over 25 years of experience as both an engineer and a consultant working with all manner of mission critical software and systems in First Response, Intelligent Transportation and the past 5 Years with cloud hosted solutions. He has served as a Director with firms that are now integrated into Motorola Solutions delivery 9-1-1 requests for emergency services from those needing to first responders.
The past 13 years have been in ITS solutions design, integration, and deployment with firms like Global Traffic Technologies (now a Miovision Company) and more recently with Rekor – Waycare Technologies within Incident Detection and Predictive Analytics.
Ken’s role focuses on working with agencies at the city, county, region and state level to deploy Causeway one.network solutions.

With a unique and varied trajectory from the United States Navy to instrumental roles in significant industry milestones like the T-Mobile Sprint acquisition, Kieran is experienced in navigating complex environments and forging strategic partnerships. This includes delivering SaaS solutions to critical entities such as DoD and federal agencies. Kieran’s philosophy centers on providing genuine and measurable value to propel our expansion and influence within the United States.

Based in Dallas, Mandy is a Customer Success Manager at Causeway one.network, responsible for implementing and maintaining long-term relationships with our US customers. Mandy has over 20 years of experience in integrating, operationalizing, and supporting technology solutions across a variety of business functions in the public sector. Previous projects she’s worked on have included implementing SAAS solutions to county clerk’s and recorder’s offices in the US. The implementation of this cloud-based software allowed the client the ability to automate the process required to record and manage official documents in California and across Texas. Post implementation, Mandy served as Customer Success Executive to strategic accounts serving as point of contact on all areas of the client/vendor relationship. She also served as a subject matter expert and assisted development and sales teams by identifying customer needs and assisting to detail and design appropriate solutions. Mandy is also a former educator with experience in delivering group and individual instruction/training to a vast range of technical skill levels.
