As we prepare to embark on our journey with Causeway Technologies, we’re thrilled to usher in an era of enhanced roadways and infrastructure management. This partnership is more than a milestone; it’s a commitment to revolutionizing efficiency, safety, and sustainability in our projects. Here’s what you need to know about the upcoming changes and constants within our system.

Mandatory Mobile App Update

Mark your calendars: A new version of the Live Link mobile app with the visual branding changes will be available on app stores on April 17th at 2:30am EDT.  Without this update you will not be able to use the Live Link app until it is updated. If your device is set to update apps automatically then there’s nothing you need to do to receive this update. Please coordinate with your local IT team to make sure your Live Link app will automatically update.

How to update Live link for Apple Devices

  1. Open the App Store app  on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the My Account button or your picture at the top right.
  3. Scroll down, then tap Update next to apps you want to update, or tap Update All.
  4. After an app is updated, it appears in the list of apps below Updated Recently.

How to update Live Link for Android Devices

  1. Open the Google Play Store app Google Play.
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Manage apps & device and then Manage.
  4. Tap the app you want to update.
  5. Tip: Apps with an update available are labeled “Update available.”
  6. Tap Update.

What else is changing?

  • Visual Branding Changes:The aesthetic elements of the Live Link mobile app and one.network platform will transition to Causeway Technologies’ purple branding. These visual updates are designed to unify the experience across the platform.
  • New Menu for Closing Lanes:  To support new features being added to Live Link, Plan Share, and Traffic Management, when closing a lane you will now need to click/tap the lane, and then select “⛔Closed” from the menu.
  • New email communication domains:Future notifications and updates will be issued from both one.network and Causeway.com email addresses. To stay informed, please ensure these domains are marked as safe in your email settings, if you have questions on how to do this, please consult your local IT team.
